​Birth Doula:     $1,500
Includes:
- Unlimited texts/calls for pregnancy support
- 2-3 prenatal visits in your home to get to know each other and prepare
- 24/7 on-call beginning at 38 weeks
- Unlimited labor support (coaching and encouragement, counter-pressure and massage, breath work, positioning advice, hydration and nutrition, inclusion and support of partner, advocacy of your wishes)
- 1 hour immediate postnatal support
- 1 postnatal visit in your home to process the birth and assist with any needed referrals

Postpartum Doula:     $40/hour
Includes:
- Birth and newborn life processing
- Parent care (time to shower, eat, take a nap, go for a walk, connect with others, attend to older siblings and furry family members)
- Baby care (soothing, changing, bathing, playing)
- Meal prep, dishes, laundry
- Assistance with lactation and baby-wearing
- Referrals for helpful products and local resources as needed
